Terms and conditions

1. Company information

Beauty Gallery Lykkenshøj 57, 8220 Brabrand

Company reg. no. (CVR): 41173149

Email: info@beautygallery.dk

Phone: +45 26 70 76 94

These terms apply to all purchases on beautygallery.dk. When you place an order, you accept the terms in force at the time of your purchase.

2. Ordering and contract

The contract is concluded when you have received an order confirmation by email. Please check that the details are correct. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors or if the item is sold out. In that case you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. 25% VAT. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and MobilePay. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped.

For payments from abroad or by bank transfer:

Account holder: beautygallery I/S

Sort code and account no.: 9370 2480142023

IBAN: DK5793702480142023

SWIFT/BIC: SPNODK22

4. Delivery

We ship within 1–4 business days. The shipping cost is shown in the cart before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over 399 DKK. If an item is delayed or sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you receive the item.

How to withdraw: Write to info@beautygallery.dk within the 14 days. You must return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Return shipping: You pay for returning the item yourself. We recommend sending it with tracking.

Refund: We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. However, we may wait until we have received the item back. The money is refunded to the same payment method you used.

Condition of the item: You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been used beyond that, we may deduct the reduction in value from the amount.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed care products where the seal has been broken after delivery, as they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

6. Outlet

In our outlet we sell original salon products at reduced prices. The products are new and unopened, but the packaging may show light wear. The product page states if an item has visible wear, and this does not affect the quality of the product. Described wear does not give the right to complain. The right of withdrawal and the right to complain also apply to outlet products.

7. Right to complain

You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can complain about defects that were present when you received the item. Complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Contact us at info@beautygallery.dk, preferably with a photo. If the complaint is justified, we pay the return shipping and send a new item or refund your money.

8. Liability

Always follow the instructions for use on the product. If you have allergies or particularly sensitive skin, check the ingredient list before use. This does not limit your rights under Danish law.

9. Reviews

Invitation to write a review: If you give consent at purchase, we will email you approx. 10 days later inviting you to review the products you bought. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in the email or by writing to info@beautygallery.dk.

Discount as a thank you: The invitation includes a discount code for free shipping on your next order over 189 DKK as a thank you for your order. You receive the code whether or not you write a review, and whether the review is positive or negative.

How we handle reviews: Only customers who have bought the product from us can review it. We publish both positive and negative reviews. We only remove reviews that are offensive, contain personal data or are not about the product.

10. Personal data

We treat your information confidentially and only in order to deliver your order and provide service. Read more in our privacy policy.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@beautygallery.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can contact the European Consumer Centre (Forbrugereuropa).

12. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms. Changes only apply to purchases made after the change. Your purchase is always covered by the terms that applied when you placed your order.
